    Going by the results you had, the Keto Diet is a great way to start a diet program. A few weeks on the regimen and you were able to reach goals you wanted to reach.  The fact that the eating plan is a simple one that is easy for you to follow is also a plus for this Keto stuff.  I haven’t tried it but seems like a good guide for an easy way to get started on a weight loss program.  The jump-start will be appreciated in any weight loss diet.  

    I like to use the Intermittent Fasting method, as much as anything that I can control when I eat. Sometimes I feel this is not true.  I think that this Keto plan might have the same benefit. While getting to the weight target is important, so is getting there in a healthy manner.  Fasting alone is not always healthy.

    Hello; when going on the keto diet, does one has to use particular kinds of Cooking oil, or any brand will do? I enjoyed eating a lot of meat and fish; If I go easy on the Carbs, it will be alright for me to continue eating meats as part of my keto diet. I can see my belly when I am in my clothes. Will the Keto Recipes reduce my stomach, it ‘s not really big, but I can see it while in my clothes.

      Thank you so much for stopping by this post. The key factor in keto is to keep your carbs intake under 32grs/day. It would be better if you use avocado oil for cooking but the great thing about keto is that fats are allowed. Just be careful with your carbs and sugars to ensure your body gets into a ketosis state. Don’t overeat meats.  Keep your balanced. Regarding the stomach, when I am in ketosis, I feel satisfied with less food than when I eat carbs.

    This is a great read on keto. I’m not a mom, but I have recently been looking into Keto diets and I like that there is a custom plan for keto. Did you have any side effects the first 1-2 weeks? when I start new plans there is always a change in my body.

    I feel you, a lot of moms are there with you. I am actually on the same boat after I had my baby and found myself having less time or even energy to diet. I have to say that I already eat Keto naturally, I mean not that strict but I just love the way it makes me feel. My biggest enemy is however booze, I drink too much!
